Both Doyle & Linda were born in Mississippi, he in Tylertown, she in Picayune. They grew up within a few miles of each other, but were grown before they actually met. Married August 17, 1968, they are the grateful parents of three wonderful daughters:

:: Kara D'Linda, born June 22, 1972, married Brent House. She is a surgical nurse, and they live in Athens, Georgia.

:: Aileen Rabago was the second Filipina daughter to come into their home. A lovely person and a very talented artist, she was graduated from Central Baptist College in Conway, Arkansas. She married John Moore, an electrical engineer, and became the mother of John Elbert Moore, IV. The Lord called her home March 9, 2001. She is deeply missed.

Bro. Doyle received his B.A. in Bible from Central Baptist College, Conway, Arkansas and Masters in Education with Emphasis in Educational Management from West Negros University, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines.

Doyle was saved after the first sermon his youngest brother, Travis, preached August 28, 1966. He surrendered to the ministry in 1967, and to the mission field in 1975-76 (a New Year's Eve service). They were elected in April 1976, and arrived in Bacolod City, Negros Occidental, Philippines, September 1, 1976.

The Lord led Doyle to the Philippines to start a Bible college. The Baptist Missionary Association Bible College is the result of that effort. He is still President of the Bible College, as well as the Coordinator of Church Planter Training, and BMAP Publications Director.

Please put Doyle & Linda Moore on your prayer list at church, as prayer is our greatest need at all times.
