These groups run together as they vie for space to do their nails, cut their hair, play cards, share Filipino food, and generally have a good time reminiscing.

Among the Baptists groups we have been able to investigate, none have a direct ministry with these people in the park. They concentrate on having traditional services on both Saturdays and Sundays. The only group that we found who is actually going into the parks to work with these people are the Pentecostals. What a gold mine! What an opportunity to apply the Church Planter Training and plant a church among these ladies!

There are several ladies working there who have been parts of our
ministry here in Negros. Among them are the three ladies shown here: Alma Chiva, Esther Vallejera, and Mrs. Sarah Genovia.
